Further, the company offers offline and online services that include road guides and traffic information; car repair services; telephony-based information services; environmental services; and 'OKCashbag', a loyalty program that offers discounts and reward points in strategic alliance with online and offline retailers, and mobile service providers.

Additionally, the company engages in the development of biopharmaceutical drugs for the treatment of cancer, diabetes, and neurological conditions.

SK Corp. has a strategic alliance with Johnson & Johnson for the development of anti-epileptics.

The company also operates in Asia, America, and Europe.

SK Corp. was formed in 1962 under the name Korea Oil Corporation and changed its name to Yukong Limited in 1982.

Further, it changed its name to SK Corporation in 1998.

The company is headquartered in Seoul, South Korea.
